5 Muscle Ups
45 Dips
25 Pull Ups
55 Push Ups
5 Muscle Ups
All under 6 minutes.

    helps so much with explosiveness

    also practice muscle ups

    1st with legs and 1 arm at a time because once you get 1 you will realise its actually not that hard and you can then go to both arms then no legs

  • Made me want to start working out again. Was a well oiled machine, been slacking I have been.

  • @TheF0rtress ahaha ok just wondering :D i just cant get my bottom abs to come in well :/ leg lifts should work well if i continue to do them right? hanging leg lifts, ect.

  • @TheMcjoe13 excuse me, I'm not the guy you're searching for but pull ups are more back muscles and arms, but as for pushups they're more front muscles (chest,arms) so an advice would to increase your back strength or you could do what I did kept on with the pushups until I could complete the kipping pullup and increase each time I did them :)
