I just joined Weight Watchers and I've been watching all your videos. You're such an inspiration to me and it's been helping me stay on track SO MUCH! So thank you thank you thank you for postring these amazing videos.
I was thinking about starting kickboxing classes, actually. I'm kinda scared I won't be able to do it because you need like... an amazing level of fitness for kickboxing -which I don't have. But I WILL try it out.
Anyway, you look gorgeous! Keep posting!

I'm doing it! I went to the library yesterday to get a pilates DVD, but amazingly, the were all out! So today I'm visiting another branch! Thanks for the inspiration!

It's a quiz owned by weightwatchers:) You'd have to join either weightwatcher meetings or weightwatcher online to get that information!:)

i just joined WW ...i watched all you videos and i decided to do it and i did it :) i just wanna to know if you ate your AP or not in the end? i know it's a choice but is it better to eat the up or not?

Wow! Congratulations on joining weightwatchers! What a great start to an amazing journey! I eat all my APs and my Flex points:) It really depends on how your metabolism works. If you work out, you NEED the extra food, but I would suggest to eat the RIGHT extra food, like more protein, fruit and veggies:)
