I remember Nick Price explaining in the late 90's how he watched videos of the great putters when he was having a bad time on the greens and found that they hit down on the ball very slightly.

Tiger has also spoke occasionally of hitting down on the ball slightly.

@cockywatchman1976 You can listen to whomever you want. I am telling you that what he teaches is fundamental. When it comes to putting equipment, golf balls, and certainly greens have not change that much. For example, you don't want to get flippy in the hands when putting, that my good man is fundamental. But you can follow which ever player you want for instruction but there are damn few that have more knowledge about the short game than Trevino.

@pat52010 What he is teaching is absolutely NOT SOLID, its the opposite! Stuff that works for Trevino and probably WONT work well with today's equipment, greens, balls etc. I suggest you do a bit of research into modern day teaching before you try to tell me what solid fundamentals are! As you clearly don't understand at all
