  • Burpee is an explosive movement for the legs, and a static or dynamic movement for upper body, dependent upon whether you do the version with the push-up. I can see how this is a reverse burpee, since it is an explosive movement for the upper body. However, it would be better, and more burpee-like, if a static or dynamic movement for legs were included, such as in stead of standing up, going into a static crouching position, or performing a squat, mimicking the push up in an ordinary burpee.

  • ...that's just a normal burpee without the jumping. There's a couple different takes on what exactly "reverse" means for burpees, but they all put you on your back at some point in the movement.

  • That's a burpee...or kind of one.

  • No fun at all .... it s freaking hard. Nevertheles one would expect that the ladd repeat at least 10 times . I am afraid that it was a fail ! lol take care all .
