#39 Matt Goodnight on fire at I69 Gas City Speedway

Matt Goodnight is involved in a incident and his car and self catches on fire (Methonal). He was allright and would race the next week.

That safety crew sucks. Methanol burns clear, and he was on fire that whole time. That first responder should not have been wearing shorts, and he should have had an extinguisher. I'm glad the driver's ok though...

Charleston Speedway in Charleston illinois is much much worse....they have an ambulence that they have in the infield while racing, but its gutted..nothing in it

@ted850760 you right at the track here half the racers are emt's and we have the volenter fire department come out to help for things like this and by our rules if we run methanol or acahol we have to have a spisific letter next to our number to tell the fire crew what they have to worry about

this track runs sprinters weekly and this is how their fire crew is? Very big disappointment.
