It amazes me when people tell stories that they don't show the entire picture, just what they need to do to make themselfs look like the victim, the only victims here are the persons who rented this home that was lost for a $100 bucks, I even told these people that if they had a problem here that I would give them the choice of 4 homes I owm and they could move in for free. I cant do anything but laught at this shit, lets see, you lost this home for a $100 bucks and then you say someone tried to rip u off, everything was legal here when he signed papers at the county building for this home. he knew this home still belonged to the owner until the redemtion period, his mistake was doing something to the property until that time, which I would have never done, knowing someone could come out of the woodworks to reclaim this place. The reason why you know what u do is because I told the tenants what was going on, you dont know anything about me. I informed mr williams he had to wait for the redemtion period before he did anything, it was later that I found out that he was selling the home, the guy in toyko knew he could not do anything with it until that time was up, he was the one who contacted me because he could not find mr williams, and this was the only home that someone lost for a $100 bucks, i had nothing 2 do with

you have no Ideal what your talking about, volonte bought this home at an auction downtown, he was told that he could not do anything with it until the 6 month redemption period, he tried to sell it to a guy in toyko, i was out of the picture before then, I was the one who told the tenants what was going on and if they needed me to go to court to explain what happened that i would, you need to get all the facts before you start talking shit. you rented out my property on riopelle and you didnt own it, and than volonte tried to sell it. i had to take hi to court ot get it back. he would not even show up in court. and still tried to collect the rent! he is a crook and shea is in it with him.
