She apparently lives now in Stratford, Ontario, which is a thousand or so miles away; her home town of Morden is fairly close to Winnipeg though. I think I may have seen her, but never up close. My instrument is called a panpipe; for someone like me who would like to be able to sing, but can't, it's the next best thing. :) (I play it while I walk.)

I'm glad you liked the music, despite the somewhat bad recording quality. :) I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba (I've added the location to the 'map' option now for the video). Loreena McKennitt is from a small town in Manitoba; she is quite popular with the pagans here. ;)
