This slide appears to be a quick clay type event. It occurred on October 17th, 2010 at Port Chibatao in Manaus in Brazil.

The slide was apparently triggered by a backhoe working an on exit ramp at the site. This small level of disturbance would be enough to start a quick clay slide under certain circumstances. The loss of those cargo containers, some manifests are now 'missing', is going to be very expensive. HAARP could have, once again, taken care of a problem effectively and quietly.
