  • this is epic stupidity. quite absolutely forcefully ignorant. the fact of the matter is that God is an all seeing being. you know one of my favorite names for God? Papa. you know what Jesus called him? Abba. SAME THING. he is omnipresent, so of course he would be the all seeing eye. he is there! call him the great spirit, call him what you will, He is still Jesus, and as long as you understand him, accept him, live for him, submit to his truth, im sure hes probably ok with you calling him Fred.

  • It doesnt mater what believers or non believers think, if yr on a whitch hunt yr going to find fault because thats what yr focused on. I gather you must think that you know the word of God better then most of these preachers, so why are you wasting yr time and space here on youtube trying to degrade ppl get out there and get this dying world saved so when you stand before God on judgement day he will say enter yr rest not turn away and say I dont know you.

  • @BigAl53750 No I was talking about the post itself. Nothing against you. :0) Peace to you.

  • Here's my favorite: II Kings 22:3-20 Wait! A WOMAN told the KING what to do?! What? Yup!

Let's not forget Deborah, or Esther who saved the entire nation of Israel. Or Mariam who led worship - in front of MEN. or the women at the tomb who Jesus talked to FIRST and told them to go tell ... MEN. Please I could go on, and on and on. I have found at least 20 women in the Bible who were in powerful positions of authority. Here's the kicker: Hebrews possibly written by: Priscilla! What?

  • This post is wrong. There are many woman in God's word that teach, guide and lead men. Corinthians is talking to a specific group of people new to the church and calling for order where there was disorder. It bothers me when people who call themselves Christians tarnish the name of Christianity itself. I really wonder who the "sheep in wolves clothing" really is. Christians can't even get along with themselves and they would rather bring each other down then do the research required.

  • It matters not what J. Meyers says or how she says it. She is a false prophetess simply because she is standing before a congregation with men in attendance. Her very first sylable uttered before the whole church makes her a false prophetess. Gods' word tells us that a minister is a husband with only one wife. Also see I Cor.14:34,35.

  • @jshank1234567891 If you are talking to me, kindly show me from the scriptures where I am wrong. I have merely pointed out that the former post was incorrect in their reading of the passage. There is nothing in the context of that passage to say that the wolves are not leaders. In fact, Jesus clearly says that these 'wolves in sheep's clothing' are 'false prophets', in verse 15. So the plain, logical reading of the text, is that he is talking about shepherds, not sheep.

  • @Isarratte The 'fruit' spoken of by Jesus in Matthew 7:16, is clearly NOT all the good things a person has done in Jesus' name, as proven by verses 21-23. It is the fruit of the Spirit in the person's life that is meant here. The fruit of the Spirit is given in Gal 5:22-23. Paul goes on to say (v24) christians have 'crucified' the flesh, with it's affections and lusts and should walk in the Spirit. So, is wishing for 'luxuries' as 'rewards' in this life, walking in the Spirit, or in the flesh?

  • You are wrong.

  • @marcinz2011 Matthew 7:15 states quite clearly; "Beware of false PROPHETS, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves."

This cannot be referring to anything else but people calling themselves prophets. Last ime I looked, these were mostly leaders of churches or movements, NOT 'sheep'. This passage relates to Acts 20:28-31, where Paul speaks to the Elders (leaders) of the Ephesian church regarding 'wolves'.

  • Oh give me a break!!!! You can see a demon behind any bush if you just stare at it long enough! We all need to check on ourselves - and I think that is just what joyce wanted to say.. before we check on our neighbour. .. By it´s fruit we can recognize a tree...

  • joyce means well....for herself
