Theo is a 1-2yo Border Collie mix who came to the SPCA under a court case. He's a bit shy but is starting to come out of his shell. Otherwise, he's super smart, very affectionate, incredibly attentive, and simply in need of a loving home that will give him enough exercise and teach him appropriate behavior. He's neutered, up to date on shots, crate trained, and working on housetraining. Theo has shown cage protectiveness, so he doesn't show well at the shelter.
