Birmingham Sky Ride Cycling Event [12-09-2010]

As part of the Sky Ride programme, 15,000 people got on their bikes and enjoyed traffic-free roads for a tour of part of the city centre, starting and finishing at Cannon Hill Park. Using a small hand-held camera, I hope you find that this video captured the spirit of the day with people of all ages and abilities enjoying a ride in the city with plenty of unusual and fun bikes and people.

That was a great bit of filming,well done.I was working in the Wholesale Mkt today when Sky Ride 2011 came through,the BMX guys were amazing!Roll on 2012!!

my sister and dad went on this last year and i missed it thanks to my knee injury do you know if it is happening this year ??
