It started with a tweet...but brought a wave of support for the Teens Living with Cancer (TLC) program. Lance Armstrong accepted a challenge from nurse and TLC fitness coach Mary Eggers to race in the University of Buffalo pool.

The 50 yard kickboard race was a fundraiser for the Teens Living with Cancer program...and will help bring the program to the teens of Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Mary Eggers was first to touch the wall in the race with Lance graciously taking second place, but the real winners were the teens!
