  • Ever heard of rights? Sure, have you ever heard of interfering with a police investigation?

  • YOu are allowed to record an arrest, I was not interfereing, I was over 20 feet away. Which is my legal right. How do you suppose people are able to record such things? Illegally?

  • Wow, you are dumb! At what point did you think that you could just keep doing whatever the hell you wanted with a cop telling you it was illegal?

  • The point where I knew I was within my rights. Something all too many of you don't seem to care that you are loosing.

  • You should have thought before you advanced into a police investigation.

  • Ever heard of rights?

  • theres no law against filming cops in PUBLIC and its perfectly legal and theres reasons for that, illegal cop activity! dumb fuckers get ur shit straight before coming on rude and talking shit, ur prolly either a cop urself or a bible loving dick sucker

  • They were not legal commands. They were commands. I command you to come suck my dick, legally. If you don't, I'll get you arrested because you did not obey my legal command, causing an illegality.

  • @busch308 You are the dumb one. The police here made an unlawful arrest. The public are protected by common law. The photographer was well in his rights to film, and he could have resisted without any charge.

"Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. The cop is also an idiot for breaking the law he is paid to protect.

  • another example of how bad cops in the states are. not saying everyone is bad but too many police officers are juding by their minds not by law

  • You need to sue the cops involved. Sue them under Federal Law, Title 42 Section 1983. Send me a message for more info, you may be past the statute of limitations.

  • there really is a reason to record police activity. that reason is so the officer(s) cannot preform any type of injustice towards the person they are detaining. There is a group of people called 'Cop Watchers' that follow cops nightly to insure the people. Criminals are people too.

The officer should not have detained you. the police seen was never taped off. Recording is not in anyway, interfering. The only way it could be, is by interfering with the illegal actions the officers where doing.

  • so right I couldnt go to jail I would die literally (from suicide or having a bad ashma attack) and ive been to jail or 18hours before and its the most horrible sleeping on a cement floor with homeless and crowded cant go to sleep....I would resist with all my might for my own wellbeing

  • and if i didnt have a gun at the time id stab him and take his

  • man i would of shot that fat ass fuzz dead and got in a car and drove away

  • You're right, we should let the police do whatever they want. Even if they are arresting our friends on bullshit charges. Fuck it, let em get arrested, fuck lets all just jump in jail cells, make it easier right!
