roadrunner has the 1223s for .$89.00 They get them new thru New Balance. Wow! I have been through 3 pairs of 1223s and I weigh 245lbs. Screw Nike and them played out air bladders. I'm getting another pair of 1223s from roadrunner. I have the pricy 1226 and they suck ass!!!!!!

Its nice to know that I am not alone .

I stay stocked up on New Balance running shoes .

I have boxes and boxes stacked in the closet that I have not got around to wearing yet .

I just need to know I have them when I am ready .

Is the 1224 similar to a motion control shoe? Never ran in MC shoe but the 1224 does wonder for me. Could use a little more cushioning.

The 1223's are much more comfortable because it has more SBS in it's Dynamic Transitioning System(DTS). They took cushioning out of the 1224 to get the pillared look, this is coming from a new balance factory store employee.
