Dude you are amazing! I've had diabetes for nearly 3 years now i know what its like with the whole lifestyle change and im still going though rough patches the main part that keeps me going and that motivates me to stay on top of everything is my family. i always want to be there for them and dont want them to have to worry about me. Your an idol man thank you so much!

Diet pop is especially not good for you if you are on Depression pills such as Prozac. It can be very serious and can cause death. I don't know how, but it does. Make sense a bit if you think of it.
