An animated interior view of the proposed NYC tech campus on Roosevelt Island. If built today, the campus's 150,000-square-foot core academic building would be the largest net-zero energy building in the eastern United States and among the top four largest such buildings in the United States.

  • I agree with jediawh. I think the open space is cool, but just too much of an airport feel. How about one or two transparent conference rooms (with sound proof) one of those floors? That's what technology companies today are like.

  • Not a big fan...reminds me of an ugly airport/hotel...completely out of context for an urban area such as NYC... why must all new architecture pursue this horrific rush toward the modern vein.

  • Cornell FTW. Entrepreneurship + Cornell = FTW x2.

  • WOW
