Daylite trolling motor kayak setup time challenge!

The thing I hate is watching people launching their kayak but Im still puzzling up my motor toy. I have to assembly the foot steering system, fish founder, battery and motor etc. I must reinvent the way I setup the kayak. The objective is to make it less than 5 minute. Lets see what I have achieved!

It is an entry level model and good for quiet water. It only weight 18kg with 108kg floating capacity. The downside is slow. It costs me approx. $299.
