Your definition of unprofessional seems to mean the same thing as traditional and old. I don't know quite what profession you're referring to either, as the plane is a 4 seater single engine.
im there with you, i dont like the cirrus i think, the insurance is horrible 3 times more than the corvalis plus you have to got their stinky training process, where as the for the cessnas you don't think about that, besides flight into known icing conditions you have to be mad to do such thing, usually mother nature is byatch and she'll win everytime doesn't matter who you are :-)
The buttons for example look horrible. The A/C controls suck! And the MFD is banked towards the Pilot which I think is kinda unprofessional as well. In addition the controle input unit (joystick) in the Cirrus is not good as well. A stick such as the one in the Columbias (Cessnas), feels just much more professional and more advanced. But I´d like FIKI
Some things are better on the Corvalis; 200nm more range at 55%, 10-15kts higher Vmax and around 50lbs more payload. Its also like sqeasing into a sportscar vs. stepping into the SUV that the Turbo is. You also get unknown icing(FIKI cert Q2 09) and the CAPS in the SR, as well as the airbags and 30G shock seats - non of which are available in the TT.
They are both great planes, personally the utilityfactor as well as the Perspective+X-Edition cockpit look/feel wins me over to the Cirrus side.
@DODwebdotorg I agree with you. Both great planes but the more SUV luxury car feel is the Cirrus. Both great but i am won by Cirrus

The perspective looked like it was showing you lower than actual when the numbers came up.

Ja the Perspective is great but it´s also coming on the 400´s. I just don´t like the Cirrus. It´s just not as professional as the 400 I´d say.

Pretty cool to see virtual centerline stripes fly by on the screen. I wonder if you could make an actual zero/zero landing in an emergency?
