Cover the pan with a lid to fry the eggs. No worries about broken yolks. Just keep an eye on them so they don't overcook. They cook a little more when u take them out of the pan, so keep that in mind. An easy way to make an egg ring is to use aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick first. Thanks for the video.
