@pyromaneak47 not that its any of your business but yes i am a rider and have been for over 10 years. You say bikes cant slow down that fast, well maybe he should ride slower? notice he was travelling faster than all traffic on the road? And as a rider i ride to (a)the conditions(b) with enough sense to know that car drivers tend not to see motorcycles ie: slow down and keep an eye on everyone a slight turn of a drivers head can be the only signal they give. Read traffic, its that simple

Signaling is not an automatic right of way. He must yeild to all traffic in the lane he is merging into the biker did not have to slow down and let him over. The idiot of the car needs to take the time to look at his blind spot and make sure it is clear. That is one of the first thing everyone is taught when lane changing.
