how much do you weight?

I would start to do seated and standing lockouts at your sticking point probably just a few inches over head height, this will increase your lockout power, and eventualy will push your standing press weights through the roof.
Front squats are very good for the intial leg drive power at the start of a push press, either full front squats, or front squats to a bench, hope this helps:-).

Just a bit more technique and leg drive and you will be hitting 10 reps in no time:-).
