I agree with VanitY... THAT'S a debate champion? Looked more like she was auditioning for Fox News. The basis of her argument seems to be a really short skirt, plenty of makeup, and lots of condescension. The idea that this ENTIRE universe was 'created' for one group of lesser-hirsute chimpanzees is what we should roll our eyes at. There WILL be a day when the idea that we are alone, is seen for what it is... ridiculous, clueless, and arrogantly self-centered.

Regardless of whether or not aliens are visiting us (I personally think so), this debate sucked.

I hate it when people put experts in a topic against professional debaters. Not because the debater as any type of advantage in that forum (because obviously this woman in this video did terrible), it just doesn't make for an interesting discussion.

Having a Carl Sagan (rip) or a Bill Nye debate would've been much more legitimate.

Sure you can pick the easier explanation but if the evidence points to somthing more complicated then that makes you an idiot for trying to pick the easy way out even though you know the evidence contradicts your conclusion. theres a slim chance we've been visited/ are being visited by aliens.... Seriously, space is dangerous, and if you think of it, are you that desperate to find another civilization by free riding into uncharted space? you could be zooming around and end up right in a black hole or something, and the universe is huge.... but maybe we are being visited by aliens who knows..
