I was told in the latter half of 1999 by my immediate boss in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation office (FDIC) office, who I will call the boss of little justice, that he had to relocate from his neighborhood in Rocklin California because jet fuel was found in the soil.
We had a mafia type, or appearingly so, come from Reno to get a bank charter issuance from the FDIC at about that time and I suspect a ring of greasy banks were involved in big time currency manipulation. It could be the Chinese getting their money back from Macau.
They could have a plant in the key offices, meaning things may not be what they seem. I apologize for leaving the Roseville office and going to the San Francisco FDIC office. I should have checked my boss out more closely to see if someone was pointing to him or if someone was about to burn the whole neighborhood to the ground with the light of a match with jet fuel.
In 2004 something exploded next to me while traveling, 12/7//2004 late at night near Braman Oklahoma. I was told it was an armed drone and that someone died trying to save me. I call that man Rocket Man and David Fonseca's video Rocket Man describes my FDIC boss, the man of little justice, but he paints a picture of Donna Tanoue, the chairman of the board of directors of the FDIC.

The bankers likely wanted to launder currency and the exchange rate was not acceptable so a terror strike was ordered to remove the resistance. A Google search for Jet Fuel spill 1999 rocklin california it led me back to the Reno Jet fuel pipeline and a FBI report.

The FBI claimed militia did the fuel spill. The FBI was likely taken over in some areas by the technology I describe and the OKC bombing was a banking hit also and not Tim McVeigh. Do not trust the FBI or Secret Service in total.
The new bank president, FDIC bank charter applicant whose bank charter issuance I sat in on was coming from Reno Nevada to open a bank near our office in California. Just like the Jet fuel pipeline, he came all the way from Reno to near our office in Roseville. At the largest bank I examined in Sacramento during my six months there in the Roseville office, a Mexican American or Italian American bank president was sweating. I suspect a ring of banks laundering chinese currencies with Nevada casino and California bank assistance..
Speculative (?) part: My coworker, an FDIC bank examiner has just told me to quit, true. I looking for an easy million by stopping the FDIC blood bath and not being afraid of death, walk into the office area by the copier and water fountain (?). There I see my immediate boss, the ARD FDIC of little justice for that office, walk across the room. His face is scarred it appears, like it has been cut above the eye brow line and down the edge of the face over the cheek bone and down under the mouth. It is a line that is beet red, not blood but healed tissue or perhaps an apparatus of some sort that stretched like a tight rolled tendon to encompass the entire face.
As my immediate FDIC boss walks across the room, one of the others who I do not see clearly says to him, "Your sutures are showing".
In reality and in complete recollection he told me that I was going to be recommended for termination because I did not finish a Xanadu banking assignment at a FDIC training center. I went back and completed it the following year and they terminated me for not going to my bosses hotel room at a bank examination in Hawaii. The only man with brains in the office had told me to quit and the prior boss had his brains blown out and they called it suicide. My co-worker said he wanted to pick me up and carry me out of there if he could. I wish he would have whispered, "They have new technologies and war is waging here and now." How many in a nation could come to power with this technology and more?
If only I had my F-DIC job back in San Francisco with 12 years back pay, executive ridiculously ARD F-DIC Sweet Carol numbers.
