No Flour Cheese Sauce - Chef Remy Cooks!

Here's a cheese sauce Chef Remy suggests for folks that may be allergic to flour. Only ingredients are butter, milk, and cheese. This is easily done in 10 minutes and very handy for vegetables such as asparagus or broccolli. It's a great one that gets kids to eat their veggies.
INGREDIENTS:
2oz. Cheese*




2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
METHOD: In small sucepot over medium heat, melt butter. Add milk and cheese while stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken slowly. Keep hot. Add small amout of milk to thin.
*Use Velveeta cheese product ( see www.velveeta.com)

Velveeta is not real cheese and tastes nothing like real cheese. It's a processed cheese food, it says so on the box. :)
