Building Warrant Drawings for a House Extension

www.capitalA.co.uk This project was started by a local Architectural designer but, owing to a change of circumstance, he could not complete it. This is a one room extension to an existing 1970's open-plan house. The extension contains a kitchen and living space and the open-plan theme is continued, with a change in floor level used to define the two spaces. Capital A worked closely with the structural engineer and an energy specialist to prepare the technical drawings necessary for the Building Warrant submission.
