In the 1980s gang members had a particular style of clothes & the average kid could get killed just for wearing red or blue as those were Crips & Bloods gang colors. The gang clothing grew to be popular, so were all kids who wore gang style gangsters? No,but my guard would be up because I never knew the real gangsters from the wannabe's.Clothes make the man & what he wears is a statement about him or herself. You go gang, I definitely will not trust you

Stereo types exist for a reason. When I would wear my painter whites people could peg me as a house painter & if they come up to me & ask are you a painter? I wouldn't act surprised & say how can you tell? Oh is it because I'm wearing all white yet not all people who wear white are house painters, but I fall into the stereotypical vision of a house painter, & not all painters wear white but if you wear all black I might think you are a witch or gothic.

@GlobalAwareness2525 Black is actually a personal preference thing. It stands for protection and repelling of negativity. Personally though I like wearing sky and earth tones. Warm colors are more appealing to the eye. I do wear a bit of black from my high school days, but as I said, it's actually a preference thing. I also know A LOT of Christian women who wear all black too, but going by just the color of clothing, is just a little silly.

When I go down to the ISIS metaphysical book store the witches and card readers wear all black just like this woman. I have been to a lot of Christian churches and I have been to places where witches gather and this woman does not dress like any Christian I have seen in my entire life but she definitely dresses like the witches I have seen.
