i dont think that it could be obitos as the timelines do not match when danzo teamed with hanzo its likely that minato was a young disciple of jiraiya towards the end of the 2nd ninja war or ealry 3rd ninja wars. But he could have easily gotten a sharingan after the uchiha massacre during sasukes flashbacks he reveals a few memebers of the clan who possess it.There are several eplainations.
