@mevalorante One text doesn't cancel the other. They must be accepted first in context of the scripture given, then understood in the order they accrued. Gen 1 & 5 shows they were called (Adam/Man) Gen 2 shows Man was formed of the dust of the ground; Job 33:5 shows all man was formed of the dust of the ground mix with the mist. What I have shared is not just “logic” but spiritual revelation and reasoning; Logic from above; many have concluded 2 creation days to understand Gen 1 & 2 That's wrong

@mevalorante In Matt 19:4-5 The Creator said He created them male and female and said for this cause man shall leave mother and father and cleave unto his write. In Gen 2:23-24, we see Adam from whom the rid was taken make that statement about cleaving unto the wife. Are we going to ignore the words of Christ to accept that the fact that in Gen 2 Adam made the same statement? I hope not. By spiritual reasoning we accept Adam heard the Creator make the statement first in accordance with Matt 19

@mevalorante Adam (Man) plural was blessed in the day He was created Gen 5:1-2, told to be fruitful and multiply Gen 1:27-28; Told they could eat of every herb and tree on the face of all the earth, in the day when they (Adam) were created. The Garden of Eden was not yet planted, nor was Eve brought forth. Gen 2 focus on Adam whom was place in the Garden alone, so if you limit your understand on this subject to Gen 2; you then must ignore Gen 1 & 5, as well as what the LORD said in Matt 19:4-5

@mevalorante Hello Mevalorante, thanks for watching and leaving your comment... MeVal, the word “man" in Gen 1:26-28 & 5:1-2 are Plural doesn't that factor in when you consider (read) Gen 2:7? In Gen 1:27-28; 5:1-2 they were male and female, not just male and they were called Adam. Gen 2 focus on the chosen One, whom was place in the Garden alone. However you should consider the fact, in the day Man (Adam) was made; He was created (made) male and female and told to be fruitful and multiply....

@AchreousD The problem is that it is hard to follow this line of logic by the scriptures. Because in Gen 2:7,8 it says:
"And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his (singular, not 'their') nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (singular, not 'souls') .
And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man ( singular) whom he had formed."
It seems clear that he put 'the' man (singular) in the garden by himself.

@AchreousD Yes, if the scripture says he was, then he was. That is why I am skeptical of any teaching that is not clearly exposed in the Word.
I can see where I may be coming off as critical, but I am just try to obey the Word when it says to "prove all things..."
But if the Lord gave a special revelation to you I won't challenge that. However, I don't see it with my understanding of the word.
Again, I wasn't trying to start a debate and perhaps I should have expressed myself more clearly.

@mevalorante No need to express why you question, that obvieous and should be expected. The problem as i see it is this vehicle of communicating..I'm not understanding what is confusing to you about. When I read the word it plan and clear. You are limited on how you can hear, and ask question so there are limitation on understand, connection what with what, how this precept connect with that line. Maybe if we talked. Are you willing to talk?

If you hold that view you have big problems other scripture.
"For as by ONE man's (Adam's) disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of ONE (Christ) shall many be made righteous." Roman 5:19
Problem 1: If there were eight Adams, are there eight Christs? Did eight Christs die?
Problem 2: If only Adam sinned then the other seven Adams are not under the curse of sin upon the last Adam's offspring.
I have learned that if it is too complex to explain clearly, leave it alone.

@mevalorante Not a problem
1. When or were did I write or say there were "8" Adams? No where.
2. The answer is in the very chapter you quoted from. Roman 5:14 and in other scriptures.
The problem here is you are not seeking understanding, but looking for error. Thus you cannot hear the truth. Let's do it another way? Once we examine the error and confusion of the traditional belief; Hopefully you will open your mind to hear truth. You believe Adam and Eve were the only 2 people right?
