BEFORE HE played cupid and wedded over a hundred pairs of eager bride and groom on February 14, Valentine's Day, Mayor Edward S. Hagedorn instructed them to plant first mangrove saplings as symbols of their love and affection at the 5th Love Affair with Nature. All 103 couples didn't mind getting their white wedding outfits and their shoes wet and soiled by the muck just to be officially married at daybreak,Love Affair with Nature is an annual mangrove planting project of the City of Puerto Princesa, Palawan Philippines.
