Nic Waldenmayer, Tax Manager at Glenn M. Gelman & Associates explains the "Hiring Tax Credit" and "Sales & Use Tax Credit" for California Enterprise Zones.

If you are doing business in one of California's 42 Enterprise Zones, you are most likely eligible for more tax credits or incentives than you are currently receiving. In fact, you do not need to have a physical address in an Enterprise Zone to claim the benefits. If your employees spend a majority of their time working at off-site locations that are in an Enterprise Zone, they can still qualify for your business for Enterprise Zone tax credits.

Glenn M. Gelman & Associates specializes in recovering the maximum allowable refund of income taxes paid and will ensure you get the maximum benefit you are entitled to now and in future years.
