The commercial is obviously not actually portraying that the BMW is faster than the black thing. It's obviously for artistic purposes, at the time the BMW M5 was the fastest production sedan in the world, as of now I believe it is built by Cadillac. Some people are idiots not to mention ignorant.

it was the fastest STOCK saloon in the world at the time because brabus is a modified merc engine just like the G power hurricaine is a modified M5

This car was never the fastest saloon car in the world:
As you see in the spot, it's a BMW M5 Type E39. This car came out 1998. In Sept 1996, the speed record for saloon-cars was beaten by the BRABUS E V12 with some 330,4km/h. BRABUS is not only a tuner - it is a manufacturer. The E V12 is produced in small-series production, you can order it by stock. Prices start at 298.000 EUR.
The agency should have researched the facts more properly before shooting this spot.
