The piano is actually a pretty simple thing to play...just take some time to get used to the patterns.

Ha I don't know that it's that good but thank you!
I think the one thing that's helped me is the fact that I started playing the piano when I was about 6 years old. Starting at such a young age probably helped me to learn how to recognize pitches easier (just a guess).
When I sing I try to put inflections and an emotion into the songs. Softer here...louder there depending on the passage.

The mic is a RODE NT1-A. It's about $199 if I remember correctly. Great mic' for the price :)
