Abkhazia is a part of Georgia, always has been, always will be. The Russians can believe whatever they want. Speaking as one of them and having spent my early childhood there, I must say it's a truly marvellous place. I miss it a lot.

@AbazinNise First of all, US didn't do anything for us and vice-versa so we aren't connected to each other at all. Second is that we had one of the fastest growing market economy in the world till 7th August, 2008. Third, Nobody is running nowhere, its just 21st century and people of different nations can travel and settle wherever they want, need and have a chance to. people read the history.Abkhazia is a part of Georgia and if u say that it's not prove this.every document,ancient roman,Greek and so on,shows that this land belongs and always belonged to Georgia.there is not even one document in the world which shows that Abkhazia is not Georgia.why most of Abkhazians have Georgian surnames? why in Abkhazia there are Georgian ancient churches?why every document shows that it's Georgian land?why our kings were the same persons?
