also its all about paying dues brother,i been in this game for 20 years im chicano and believe me ihad plenty of doors slammed in my face,but now i know why..this game is saturated with a huge amount of fly by nights,i respect this craft and the people before me that paved the way,things are kept secret for many reasons,knowledge is something that is tought not givin,also knowledge in this craft is shit unless you have the wisdom to use it,

@weffertje i would almost agree on the knowlege thing but theres more mediums now then the traditional way we both learned how to tattoo..the 1st thing i learned was how to take out the trash...lol..but now guys are coming out of art school and blowing minds

no one hating on you pimp,im from the bay and i was raised to never be no paper hater,im tattooing in europe doing a few guest spots,what im not very fond of is people who expose game on this craft,i could care if your black,white,pacific islander,japanese,i just think its right to give info out to a world of eager kids who want a way into this craft without a real forum to get the proper gaem,just couse one decides to share info on youtube doesnt mean its the truth,alot of people are misguided.

@weffertje thats cool and thats your opinion ..but many of us are seeing an epidemic of kids coming in with scarring,mistakes from artist who are just doin the best they can..so instead of sittin back with the "I HOPE MY DAUGHTER DOESNT HAVE SEX" APPROACH ALOT OF ARTIST ARE NOW HAVING THAT SAFE SEX TALK" for lack of a better example....some legendary artist are even opening tattoo schools,doin workshops at conventions and more...

what size is the tube you use and the grip that you placed over it? My fingers are pretty long so im hoping this will help with some extra support and control

Everybody has their own way of doing things, there's no need for hate posts. The man has been making a living at this for a quite a while. Personally, I like to have my machines and power adjusted before setting a needle. I also use disposables, it's safer. Kudos to you Poppy

When settting your needle depth, press the bar all the way down, so that you can see the max depth the needle will be going when turned on.
