I'm kind of dis-heartened that this video DOESN'T explain that there is FREE software avaiable for Screen readers and magnifiers as well. The magnifier that I'm speaking about is called Desktop zoom. It's FULL screen magnifier, and it's completely free. The screen reader is NVDA. Though not perfect - it is quite powerful for FREE software. You will need to take some time and adjust this software to YOUR liking, and personal needs.
