@britthaslick Just looked at the base of her tail and yes, the first 2 inches of hair are shorter than the rest of the tail. She is 1/2 Pyr and 1/2 Anatolian so she don't have the real long hair that pure Pyr's do.

Heh heh. My neighbors have a dog and cat like that. The cat is totally masochistic
when it comes to the dog-allows his throat to be chewed on and to be dragged
by the tail. Guess what though-they are the best of friends!

Wow what fun... Our Pyrs are just the best aren't they? They are nice, careful, friendly and loving... sadly, I trusted other dogs because my own Pyr Maia was so nice. I allowed my ex's dogs in my house and her psycho husky killed my cat right in front of me, in my own kitchen... it was horrible... dog and bitch, I mean ex, are long gone, neither was very nice or had a personality... like mother like daughter... but I'm not bitter... my poor sweet cat...

Yes, he was born without eyes. Sockets are empty. He get around and does things just like a normal cat. His senses are remarkable. Thanks for asking. He is still best friends with Nessie.
