This is probably an example of how NOT to do a deadlift. I can do 225 3x10 with pretty decent form. But right now I'm currently using Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength which emphasizes heavy weight through 5x5 (sets x reps). I've had some decent gains so far but as always I need to maintain proper form.
