Maestro Levine is like a stage coach driver keeping the 'horses' from stampeding--and a mighty fine job he did too. Like any great conductor, he's already done three quarters of the work shaping the interpretation before the performance, of course. I noted he is not standing and seems in poor shape. Hope you feel better Maestro!
