Christopher Hitchens joined Book TV for a three hour interview on Sunday, September 2. Mr. Hitchens is a contributing editor to Vanity Fair magazine and a visiting professor of liberal studies at the New School. He is the author of over a dozen books including "The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice," "No One Left to Lie To: The Values of the Worst Family," "Why Orwell Matters" and "God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything."

Isnt youtube amazing, his death will not stop his voice being heard. To a man who fought dearly for humanism and lived for his own believes and opinions. "freedom of speech is not enough, one must be able to speak freely" Christopher Hitchens although we have never met I loved and respected your work.

@tigersforchrist I read a book once, about elves and dwarves running around a place called Middle Earth. That book, The Silmarillion, makes a comparativley plausible explanation for the creation of the universe as the bible, replete with stories of talking animals and magical fruit. Why should I give more credibility to the bible than to the Silmarillion?
