great vid! I have been in the military for 5 years. i usually wear my hair in a sock bun at work. i have noticed that my hair is breaking off from wearing it like this everyday. I moisturize everyday and i deep condition every other week but it still breaks off. are there hair styles that's military friendly with less stress on the hair?

I will be signing with the Air Force and I have a male recruiter and it's hard to ask him hair questions but how can I do a sock bun if my hair is naturally thick and curly?

Can women have short layered hair? Or does it have to be one length? Also, are bangs allowed? If so do they have to be one length or can they be side bangs.

Sorry for all the questions. I just want to make sure I won't be violating any rules when I enlist in the Navy. My hair is too short for any type of bun, but very nice video. :D
