  • Drug experiences reflect the inaccurate, warped, distorted, absurd assumptions & beliefs of our "sober" culture.   • @jimmyshitbags True, but it always is. You just have to accept that it is hard to concentrate, observe that the mind wanders without getting frustrated, and keep trying. Then it will slowly get easier, and the long days more manageable. I am certain you can do it, if you want to do it. Taking a free vipassana course will give you a very very strong foundation to begin your practice. Lots of towns have weekly group sits. Many ways if you want it.
