The annual gathering of miniature engines on Easter Sunday 2010 at the Charles Burrell museum in Thetford. Features the 2 mile road run through Thetford town with the usual patient and thoughtful car drivers intersperced!!!! Lots of engines made by the owners over many hours. Lots of manufacturers represented including Burrell, Foster, Ransomes, Maclaren, Aveling & Porter, Ruston & Proctor. There was a particularly nice 6" Tasker new last year from Great Northern Steam and several of the owner assembled Steam Traction World Burrells. Watch out for their new Showmans and Road locos in the next few years.

  • I had just fitted a bike computer that weekend to see how far we go this year. It was 2 miles at about 2.7. miles per hour. Glad you liked it.
