This movie should have been named Mindfuck because that is exactly what it does, there's so many unanswered questions in the movie that even David lynch himself said that the viewer was suppose to create their own answers of to what they think was actually happening in the movie!! Yes, perhaps movies like "Pretty Woman" are more your speed. Don't challenge yourself with films that involve dream logic or play with established assumptions about narrative or require you to put in any effort. Stick with directors like Michael Bay; 'sounds like the kind of movies you'd prefer, especially if you've never seen any other David Lynch movies before. He's only one of America's most acclaimed filmmakers - no need to crack your four walls.
