Alison Humphries & Sue Graves SET 1 PART 2 at the Roxy on Gabriola Island

Sue and Alison are old friends and fellow folk band performers who went their separate musical ways over the years. Sue has continued to take her pure, soaring vocals and guitar accompaniments to new heights with her band Soiree, while Alison is known locally for comic songs and parodies on concertina, finger picking guitar with Victor Antony and the odd tender ballad here and there. Alison and Sue will be recreating their musical partnership with a program of their favorite traditional songs and covers from the British Isles and North America, adding vocal and instrumental harmony to an evening that promises to amaze, delight and entertain.
