I do bent over concentration curls at 30kg, youll probably want to wear gloves. I get calluses on my hands from the heavy weight, but i have soft hands so i dunno if thats probably why lol
Your swinging the weight too much on the barbell curls. Just saying. Try doing those bent over curls without holding onto something. Only prop yourself up if you are getting tired, or when you are finished with 3 sets and you just wanna keep going to get more blood to those muscles.
