Not easy to do in a 4000 pound fwd. I think he accelerated in second gear. Let it shift on it's own but don't forget to put it in drive before it shifts back down.

Taking off in second makes it shift harder. If you take off in first, leave it until it shifts on its own, it will shift even harder than that with an extra 500 rpm.
