OMG! I just got my dvd last night and did it this morning. What a workout! Now, I am a fatty-mcbutterpants so by the time the warm up was over I had already burned 150 calories (I did the basic moves, too). I attempted to make it through workout 1 but had to quit after reaching about 515 calories burned (I thought I was going to die!). I LOVE this workout! Well worth the investment!

@ichinichidailyroutin she's in perfect shape. just because she's not a size 2 twig does not mean she's in bad shape.
She's exactly how a healthy, beautiful women should look.
