Homebuilt Stryker 27 flying wing with a brushless Ultrafly A/30/24 motor and a 40 AMP ESC. Using a 2250 mah 3cell Lipo. This thing is a rocket! :)

very cool plane - i got a brushless ultrafly f16 pusher. i been wondering what setup to use in other foamies/park jets. i think i'll use the same setup you have used in the stryker. what prop are you using and is it direct or through a gearbox? will it stall at full throttle going vertical or will it keep climbing

The stryker uses a direct drive. Watch the beginning of the vid and you can see it. :) I'm using an APC 6 X 4E prop. I've tried several different ones but this one seems to work best. Full throttle climbs are aprox 200ft straight up. Not unlimited vertical forever, but very very good. :))
