Why do chrischins quote the bible to try and convince anyone other than other chrischins of anything? The Bible is a vile iron age slave owners manual with nothing of any value to say whatsoever, unless you've been indoctrinated to select from it to back up whatever nonsense you want to be true this week.

My only fairly trivial quibble with this argument is that you seem to separate superstition and religion when religion is simply superstition, mass franchised for the benefit of a few and the subjugation and exploitation of the many. Religion aka superstition should be treated with derision not respect and accorded the same status as cannibalism, wife beating and slavery. Of course, it may be true that religion is necessary to control the stupid but that is a separate issue.

That's because they are all " institutionalised" codes of belief. If you couldn't tell, this is a generalized inclusion of all religions which do have codes of belief. As, for the factual inaccuracies. That is all that religion is.
