Rich Froning Jr. was prequalified for the Games this year based on his second-place performance in 2010, so he competed on the CrossFit Faith team at the Central East Regional. In between competing in the team events, Rich worked out. Here he takes on King Kong and talks about his training and nutrition this year.

  • @MrSlobTv

If he keeps with good form, he should be fine.

  • Im a glad somebody else doesn't use that damned false grip when it comes to Muscle ups. Those of you who do...big ups.

  • @MrSlobTv i think that would be easy to say for someone that probably has no athletic potential/ability....but this guy has calibrated his body congruent with that of an elite/olympic athlete. to say he is a moron is a superfluous and ridiculous statement in the same....but then again, high intensity sports, and their sacrifices, will never make sense to those who can't mentally withstand, or physically endure, the pressure. froning is the best in the world....got mad respect for him

  • lol guys a moron he wont be able to do this 3 years from now, stress on his joints is way to much his wrists and elbows are gunna be shattered this is a 1 way ticket to SNAP CITY

  • I'm going crossfit tomorrow for the first timeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee SO EXCITED!

  • @knockdownguy Cheers!

  • @pauldwane1989 455 lbs deadlift, 255 or 250 clean.

  • @ArCxlioN LOL obviously you know nothing about weightlifting

  • @Pittfanforever actually if you compare the vids, start from the same time till finish, rich did all the movements faster than josh with much less transition time inbetween reps on the sq cleans. it was pretty neat to watch side by side.
